Old Business:
Rock the Universe - there were some difficulties with this trip with the bus not showing and confusion at the end of the night getting all the students out of the park together. It was proposed that next year we meet earlier and at the entrance to the park near the Universal ball to avoid problems moving around the park near closing -- parts of the park are closed off at closing.

Health Kits Project - Saturday Sep 17th will meet to make up the rest of the Health Kits. the last donation was 2,037 kits, which we delivered to UMC Palm Beaches last weekend.

Missions Projects - Liz Tracy reported about 30 Hour Famine project planning is underway for November 4 - 5th. Sue Fitzsimmons asked to assist her.

D-Team's & Wacky Wednesday - are off to a good start with 82 students signed up

Revolve Tour Retreat Weekend - Sue and Karen have this well in hand. Seven students and four adults are signed up for the trip which leaves in Friday, Sep 23rd at 2:00 p.m.

New Building Electronics / Decor - was discussed and decided to meet separately to ask questions, make plans for the new facility

Parent's Meeting - set for Sep 25th. Separate sign up sheets for each ministry and event will be provided. Sock Puppets will do the announcements. Pumpkin patch sign ups will be there too.

Scavenger Hunt - Oct 2nd at 2:00 in Robey. Need drivers.

Administrative Business:
Budget and Financing - Linda said all was well with the budget and will have a more detailed report at the next meeting.

Grandpa's Attic Nov 11-12th - [Karen Taylor with Young at Heart] - Liz Tracy to speak with Karen Taylor and get a few dates that they would like us to pick up donations. Last time we were on call for two weeks and it did not work out very well. Linda Kuhlman is coordinating the snack and food booth for the youth at the Craft Fair
